Was told my document looked altered and needed a new one just because my pen didn't work well. And told I needed to go to a dealership 2 hours away to get them to sign things that were for me to sign not them. The hoops you are made just because they don't want to do their job to go through should be taken put of the amount they charge. They don't care about the people they serve or hiw their disrespect reflects apon anyone. Worst people I EVER had to deal with
