My daughter attended CCBA and as previously stated in my wifes review, was treated awful. I would never recommend this place to anyone. No child deserves that kind of treatment. All children are precious gifts from God, ADHD or not.
My daughter has attended Cooke County Ballet Academy for 8 years, she is now 12. I have been COMPLETELY SATISFIED at the quality of instruction that has been given during classes. Stephanie is a wonderful, caring and superb teacher.I would recommend everyone to take dance at this academy!!!!!!!!!!EXCELLENT PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!
My daughters have taken dance at Cooke County Ballet Academy for over 10 years. I have found the instruction to be excellent and the Christ-centered approach to be comforting and wholesome. The instructor is very experienced in dealing with children, and her discipline style is appropriate and does not include yelling. I highly recommend this studio.
Cooke County Ballet Academy is a well established business in a community that can be difficult on those not directly involved in the local politics or government. Any private business providing a service to the community that has been thriving for 17 years has to be doing it correctly. All our girls took from Miss Stephanie, and although one of them didnt think dance was for her, it was still a wonderful and sweet experience. Our family was pleased at the instruction and non-competative nature.
My child danced with Miss Stephanie for many years, many years ago! I can say that my daughter considers Miss Stephanie like an aunt and she requested that we invite her to her upcoming wedding! Although I am sure teaching little ones can be difficult, probably almost as difficult as dealing with parents, I can say that Miss Stephanie always had a smile for everyone. I am sorry that someone had a bad experience. Sometimes kids click with one teacher and not another. I pray this family finds the perfect place for their child.
Our family had a positive experience with both our son and daughter. We never saw anything that wasnt totally professional and kid-friendly.
My oldest daughter has attended CCBA for 2 years now and it has been a wonderful experience! My daughter loves to dance there and looks forward to going each week. She has become more self confident. She loves Miss Stephanie and has never had anything but nice things to say about her. I also have nothing but respect for Stephanie and for the instruction she provides.
