They've lost 4 times in a row on BOTH my property AND my business personal property tax (this year they were found to have DOUBLED what I should have paid on BPP). I've been waiting for 10 weeks for a refund of the money the Binding Arbitration said they had to repay me. The state refunded my arbitration fee long ago. The CCAD said 6-8 weeks.
Love that they have a drive thru.
This building is not handicapped accessible. The walkway from the parking lot to the sidewalk is ridiculous. Then when you get to the awning to the front door there's a gap in the sidewalk that if not noticed a person in a wheelchair can be thrown out of it.
Calls were dodged and not returned. It took months to get our exemptions applied and then they still billed my mortgage Co the wrong amount. Shelli stated she was trying to contact me numerous times but when asked the method and number, she back tracked and stated she hadn't been. Not happy at all.
