Whoever I spoke to was very impolite, seemed to be in a rush to get me off the phone. Told him my situation and was told I wouldn't be serviced due to no parts, and that I should get a newer mower. I attempted to explain my situation where I just needed to have someone look over the mower to see if anything could be done, if not then I would consider buying a new mower, but was quickly cut off and he hung up on me. I wouldn't consider using this business for any future services.

This may be a lengthy review, but it’s one you will want to read. I searched probably 5-7 different dealers to purchase a mower for my business. None of them offered the turn around time or perks that Jason offered me. The communication was top notch before the sale and has been just as good after. What really has impressed me is how Jason handled a mixup on my machine that was no fault of his. Exceptional upstanding gentleman, we had a great time talking. He guided me into the right lawnmower i needed for my needs at the farm. I cant say enough about how wonderful my customer service was. Very nice quality mowers to select from.

I posted this bad review four years ago just now having a response. I never had a problem with. them getting work done I had a problem with getting cussed out and called all kind of names by the owner.
