Service was great
I needed my driver's license renewed, and even though I use my passport for travel, I decided to get the Real ID. I went here on Thursday, and was in and out in 30 minutes. I previously went to The Notary Shoppe and they had a 2 hr wait. Left there and went to ABC Title, and couldn't find one parking slot. I'm so thankful I Google helped me find this business/location. The people who assisted me were pleasant and efficient.
Felt like I was legit at the dmv… 2 hours later they called me to the desk just to make copies of my paperwork 45 minutes later Im told I can head back, I get to the back to take a seat in another line and it was 30 minutes before they called anyone out of this line so I’ll come back and update when I get called so we can have a actual time
After signing in. I’ve been asked to bring more documents, so I asked can I reserve my turn l live around the corner. She said you can unless you still not been called yet. Shortly when I came back I saw the same people in office still waiting for their turn, I realized that I’m already in my turn but I had to sign again just in case.
