Up until today I would recommend this firm. However after I have been working with one of their Lawyer's Emily for a couple of years now they tried to pull a fast one. Her assistant reached out to me in regards to something which I already confirmed with Emily and than when I was confused because I thought it was finalized Emily decided to bill me over a $100.00 for no work. I am afraid to respond to any emails I get from her or her team as they will charge me for anything. Unethical.

This firm does a thorough job and is detail oriented. It took longer than I anticipated to get a business partnership agreement done, but we had some special circumstances that had to be explored and worked into the documents. Matt Benson did a very thorough job and I am happy with the end result.
