I have been a customer of Jeff's for over 30 years. He is great. We had to reschedule our yearly appointment. Barb was so very rude and condescending . Not sure if it was because she had to answer the phone or because she is just entitled, but she exclaimed " There is no open appointments in March". So we switched accoutants. I know it will not matter to them. Losing one customer doesn't make a difference, I guess. Angela Kotsopoulos
