Went in with lower back pain and Adrian set out a plan of stretching, strengthening and massage to get me back to good back health so I could get back in the gym. Would recommend if you have any issues.

I had couple of ok treatments but no improvement. Patrick seemed knowledgeable. I had a medical plan and charges were way above that plus he treated me 15 min I didnt ask for over the normal and charged an extra 50
Patrick is an absolute legend. Hes very knowledgeable and helpful. My neck and back feel so much better. Would definitely go back again.
