Can’t recommend Ruth enough. Was in a car accident in Feb and suffering with whiplash so my insurance referred me to Ruth. Not only was Ruth amazing with easing the pain and effects of the accident, she listened to me too and was a massive emotional support. Without the exercise and treatment from Ruth, I’d still be suffering today so, as I said at the start, I really can’t recommend Ruth enough! Ruth, once again, thank you for everything!

Been seeing Ruth for a few sessions now. Cannot recommend her enough. Very thorough in her assessment. Doesn’t just look at the problem area but looks more holistically as to whether anything else might be causing the issue. Great exercises which are explained thoroughly and then backed up by an app which shows you and you can track what you have done. I would definitely recommend Ruth without question.
