I love this bank and it's employees... they are always smiling and laughing when I'm there which makes for a great atmosphere....
Worst bank ever! They are not open weekends so if you have an emergency forget about it! Also, they will not protect the customer. We had a car dealer rip us off for a $1000.00 and we went through 90 days process and nobody from the bank contacted us or cared to inform us of any decision. They let the dealer keep our money even though we provided proof.
I'm not sure why they were shutting down before 5:15pm on Feb. 17, 2023 when the door says 6pm. I don't think that is considerate of others especially when there's a holiday on Monday and Tuesday.
Hard pull on my credit to open a business account? Not asking for a loan or overdraft protection. Emailed asking for an explanation but no answer. Seemed friendly on the phone wish I could have done business with them.
