I am all for supporting local business, but this bank is ridiculous. I’ve lived all over the country, and interacted with countless banks, but THIS BANK IS BY FAR THE WORST. I used a local business to do some landscaping. First, they would not accept my check bc I didn’t have an address on it. We have dual residency, so I offered my Driver’s license number, proof of residency, calling my bank to confirm, and still it was a “no.” Then I ask for wiring instructions.
