My foot is broken and I had surgery on it less than two months ago and just recently was allowed to go back to work after being out those two months. Understandably I’m behind on bills and don’t want to stand if I don’t have to. After having nothing but pleasant experiences at this bank; unfortunately today I was treated like a problem for bringing what change I had along with my money to pay down on my bills. The people are nice however, this is the worst bank I have ever encountered in my life. Card is constantly denied with more than snuff funds. Your balance changes constantly throughout the day even though you make no transactions…which leads to overdrafts and confusion. Coincidentally, the correct balance amount only appears AFTER you’ve already spent what you thought you had. You can only speak to someone about your account during weekdays until 5 as if they’re the only ones with jobs. I hate this bank.
