People are rude and always frown at us customers!!The staff is not at all friendly, on the contrary, they have no manners towards us workers, they look at us and talk to us as if we were trash, zero kindness, I hate having to go to the bank because of this
Old bank for old people that aren’t up to date in technology. Never once able to log into the app, not even on THEIR wifi inside of the building even though they claimed my wifi was the problem. Can’t deposit money in the ATM like any other bank. Blatantly refuses to investigate any claims or give you money back when scammed ( like any other bank ) with no other reason other than “ We are a small bank and can’t afford that “ Because that’s the kind of bank you want, one with no money. Great hometown bank. The tellers are always helpful and the managers. Probably the best bank around.
