I love my new sofa. The staff are wonderful to work with, very helpful and fun. The delivery was great as well. Overall experience was great. Would highly recommend.
Had a very positive experience with Conway! I was ordering bunk beds for my trailer in sauble beach but doing so remotely from Toronto, Alexandra was so helpful!!! She made sure I got all the right pieces with mattresses and mattress covers- the team came and assemble d everything and when one mattress was too thick to work in my space , they were able to arrange for a replacement one that works perfectly!!! Alexandra was always available for questions by txt EVEN ON HER DAY OFF!!! Highly recommend this store and team!
Staff was excellent and very professional helping me to choose new family room furniture. Delivery of items was also very easy and the delivery times worked out well. So many choices and great prices. Will definitely purchase from Conway again. Thank you Brenda and Mitchell and delivery staff. Updated 2026 add on - ordered more furniture from Conway and as expected service was excellent all around. Highly recommend
