Ghosted. We paid $700 for an order of merch through convicted for a short tour in November. We placed the order in September and kept in good contact. As we approached the tour they informed us that they did not know the status of our order. We currently have not received a single email back regarding our order for over 3 months. Not professional as we have emailed current and former employees and still no word on our $700 order.
