I came in with a herniated disc and Dr. Jo helped me through pre and post surgery recovery! She is the best PT I have ever been to - thoroughly evaluating and addressing not just the base issue but anything that could be contributing. She was great at tailoring my recovery to the level and type of activity I was trying to get back to. Couldn’t recommend her and Converge more!
My wife likes how curvy my ass is getting because of the Alpine Strength Series. I like that I can jump my dirtbike twice as far!!

I have been working with Dr. Jo Chau for 7 months. She has been a tremendous help as I attempt to recapture running health, always listening to the challenges I face as an older ultrarunner with lots of wear & tear on my body and several significant injuries over the year. Besides high quality physical therapy, focused on my unique needs, she has been a wonderful encourager, helping me continually find hope that I can still be a runner.
