I’ve no issue with the system but the founder was very rude to me, told me he couldn’t be bothered, and hung up on me. My installer had revived the invoice for the SIM but hadn’t paid (said he’d only just received). I called to check if this is why SIM was disconnected. Having dealt with many suppliers / manufactures for gate controls in the past I cant recommend ControlFreq enough. Excellent sales AND support. Products I have used have performed perfectly.

I have used equipment supplied by ControlFreq since 2012 and have always found them very efficient and helpful. Recommended equipment has been even better than expected and arrived promptly. They have always responded to queries quickly and sorted out programming difficulties within hours. I definitely consider them a trusted supplier.
