Used this product for monitoring of a fire alarm system, easy to use and install and Noel at Tech Support is fantastic. Would recommend.
I’ve no issue with the system but the founder was very rude to me, told me he couldn’t be bothered, and hung up on me. My installer had revived the invoice for the SIM but hadn’t paid (said he’d only just received). I called to check if this is why SIM was disconnected.
