Greg is knowledgeable, professional, and is extremely easy to work with! He takes the time to answer questions and explain what injury occurred and how to prevent it in the future. His sport specific knowledge to BJJ and grappling arts is a major benefit! I definitely recommend him to anyone that I know.
A friend referred me to Control Physical Therapy and I am so thankful! I have been having issues with my knees/hips. Greg has been fantastic on not only helping me regain strength and getting me back to functioning pain free but also at explaining why I'm feeling pain and how to combat that through different stretches and exercises. Control Therapy is The! Best! Having a BJJ injury & being able to work through it with BJJ practitioners that are doctors was hugely beneficial! 20/10 would recommend!
This review is long overdue. I went to Control PT last year with severe bilateral medial epicondylitis (golfer's elbow). The year prior to seeing Dr. Greg, I went to a pain management doctor and was treated with stem cells and PRP injections- which was very expensive and offered no improvement. Control Physical Therapy has been life changing for me. I suffered a complete blowout to my knee. Tore my ACL completely off the bone, bucket-handle meniscus tear, and partial tear to MCL and patellar tendon. For 3 months I did intensive pre-hab before I was able to receive my surgery. I really think it set me up for success. Greg and Carlos are so knowledgeable and were so patient with me. I will forever be grateful.
