We own a newer Milacron press & were unable to find a fairly large Siemens Contactor Relay anywhere. Even Siemens distributors had trouble finding it. After a lot of searching we ran across ControlParts.com on Thursday evening. We found the part on their site very quickly, but because it seemed too good to be true, I waited until Friday morning to call them so I could get a better sense of it being legit. My equipment is down. I ordered the part I thought was broken, they were very helpful in getting it to me on time. It was not the part I needed so I asked to return it. Their return policy is not listed on any website page I visited while looking for the part, but it is on the bottom of the invoice, after you have already paid, all sales final. No returns.
