Aloha, I am a property manager and use control freaks for various high end properties. The decision is based on who the owners have used in the past and I typically continue with their vendors . I had Control Freaks come out to replace and upgrade our home audio system. From beginning to end they were a pleasure to work with. Dom the salesperson helped us to pick out a great sounding system, speakers, and amps. Bo helped coordinate and complete the installation. Shay and Slade did a wonderful job doing the installation and did a perfect job cleaning up after they were done. Happy to give Control Freaks 5 stars! Kyle and his crew were always on time professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand so that I had all of the information to make the right decisions. When I asked them if they could change a few things, they just simply said yes. Highly recommend this company.
