We have had nothing but problems with the portal since being forced to use it. Day one was a nightmare regarding login problems, then we had access to another companys profile but they were listed as us. Now clients that had hours of time invested into completeing the set up have vanished.... Avoid at all costs, this is a total money grab.
Extortion, plain and simple.
Phone numbers they provide you - they dont work. They take your money but want you to do all the work. Customer service wants you to talk to them like youre a 6 year old child. Totally tone deaf. Theyre not ready for real business calls at 9am. You charge almost 1K for a service which you have to do all the work. When asked questions about the benefits of their service you will not get an answer worth your thousand bucks.
Extortion, Luckily they just down graded offices. Hopefully they will soon be out of business
Biggest piece of s..t ever invented. Extorsion of money for what? To show you insurance and WSIB?
