We built a house in 2018 and mirrors were losing their silver within a year or so. General Contractor said CSI would not do anything about the issue. I had to replace all mirrors with my own money. Also had rust issues with their shower door hinges. CSI came out and replaced but charged us for the labor. Within a year more rust was showing up on the new hinges. Called them and had a discussion and was told I would get a call back and never did. We were very disappointed with product and customer service.

Exactly service and good quality! Had them put in a glass shower door. Nice people to work with. Highly recommend!
Very poor after sale service. I called the 1-800 number to get a shower door sweep replaced and they require you to travel to their facility to pick up. Their office in a small rural town which is inconvenient. Why can't they mail it?
