Rebecca & Brandon have made working out so much more comfortable. The members no longer dread working out because the environment is friendly for all. They’re both very supportive & nonjudgmental. I highly recommend joining their gym if you’re looking to be held accountable for your health. You will not regret!
Rebecca is an incredible trainer in private and group classes. What makes her so exceptional is her ability to communicate, motivate, and create a judgement free zone where you feel inspired to continue to workout! FINALLY - a place that UNDERSTANDS what we've all been looking for!!!! This gym is TRULY special. From the amazing owners (who radiate positive energy and make you actually want to work HARDER) to the uplifting (and SAFE) workout environment, CC Fitness is an oasis if you've been burned by gyms before. I hate writing reviews until I REALLY know what a place is like long-term. I joined CCF in Feb 2023 and this is my honest review. As someone who was always athletic, I've belonged to a ton of gyms; the problem is, I never go b/c it is boring - I'd rather be outside moving. However, I was 47, looking down the barrel of knee replacement and had a very bad back.
