This place SUCKS! Their policies are ass-backwards and they do not represent the taxpayers they work for. Also, it’s impossible to get through their automated phone system, and their posted hours are wrong. They screwed up my address, didn’t put my supplementals in my online portal, then sent me delinquent tax penalties 2 months later and said I had to pay them and then ask for them back. I think it’s time for a new taxpayer representative. Check your ballots, folks!

Worst service by a government agency ever. I have bonafide questions about my property tax bills and the office does not: answer phones, return messages, answer email, respond to faxes. Beyond understanding how this level of appalling service can be allowed that collects public money. I will have to use time and money to drive to Martínez to see if anyone works there to answer questions about money being collected.
