This new assessor runs a sloppy agency. Last year ey sent me a bill due 10 days before the day it was mailed. I have 2 boats. One is a 1969 houseboat that I paid $2000.00 for in 2014, the other I paid $5000.00 for in 2007. The 2nd is a cabin cruiser made in 1976. The 1st was assessed at $23,900.00 the 2nd army $2400.00 The houseboat is in horrible condition, holes in the pontoons, all original interior. It was unfair that these people didn't know about my mom's death until 5 years after the fact. I was able to correct them and get control of my parents' house that way, and I assure them that I would have informed them a LOT sooner if I had directions well before I set up the 60 page document about the politics bloat with my parents' house that was already existing in November 2021.
