Erin is absolutely incredible! Full of knowledge and knows exactly what she’s doing. I get quite a sore neck and back from the work I do, Erin helped me with massage, cupping and dry needling as well as writing me up a stretching routine to loosen up my tight muscles from work. I adore her and her professionalism. 10/10 would recommend.
Had my first pregnancy massage at Contours Massage Co this afternoon and what an authentic experience it was! Erin is so welcoming and warm, not once did I feel uncomfortable like I had from some others before. Everything was so well explained and any questions answered. I won't be going anywhere else!
