Hopeful yet skeptical at the onset; now a very happy client who can actually see the difference the series makes. Not enough positive words to express how great their staff is! Carey is so knowledgeable and Art is always on top of things and they are both a pleasure to deal with, no matter how busy they may be. This practice consistently fails to be available to answer their calls. Despite my repeated attempts to reach them, my calls invariably end up diverted to voicemail. This lack of responsiveness is unprofessional and reflects poorly on their business.
