Brookelyn did a fantastic job on my eyebrows and lashes!
What an absolutely stunning spa!! I loved how everything was so well thought out and professional. Went in for Cool sculpting with Monse - she was so patient in explaining every step to me. Mercedes is the absolute best when it come to getting my Tox! Quick, painless and beautiful outcome every time! She also was wonderful in helping me understand which skin care regime I needed at this time. I definitely plan to return to take advantage if their salon services too!
Booked a signature blowout here and when I showed up to my appointment the stylist hadn’t arrived to work yet. I was told the stylist was going to be 5 minutes late because of traffic. I gave the stylist 20 minutes and when they still hadn’t showed up I left as I had to get to work and could no longer wait given my schedule for the day. Great experience! I really enjoyed the service. Yami was knowledgeable and answered all my questions about how to best handle my hair type. She was also very friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back when it’s time for another haircut. Highly recommend!
Worst experience ever. After reading “great” reviews, made an appt for “keratin” treatment over the phone and after driving 1 hour to get there before schedule, I come to find out the dumb lady on the phone scheduled me for a 30 min “hair mask” appt. And then there was no one at the front to greet. I had to walk around to find someone. Unprofessional staff. They need to educate the staff they are hiring. Wasted time and energy!
