Always great service at KJWN
Great service. The grumpy lady at frontdesk is fantastic!
I made a reservation to be online at 6:30 AM, for 7 o’clock departure. I’m writing this at 7:11 AM and the airplane is still not out and ready. I feel like when there’s only one FBO on site people lose the urgency to provide good service the girl from the front desk did not even make an effort to help with the situation. It made it a little bit more frustrating to me as the pilot who is obligated for an on-time departure for my client.
Nice little airport. Facilities and staff were super great. The coffee was just ok.
