After months of serious shin pain that shockwave could not dull, I got in touch with Dr Bryan to help me with some rehab and strength & mobility work to get me to my next marathon with a short, aggressive training plan. Not only did I get to the starting line in one piece, I was also walking much better post race than I ever have before. That was a welcome surprise and certainly the reward for the hundreds of DB goblet cossack squats!
Dr. Bryan is a life changer! We cannot recommend him enough! He has worked with both my son and I.
