Just what I needed. I felt so taken care of and listened to in my session with Cassidy. My bodyt felt so at ease in her presence and her touch was on-point! She is very intuitive and seamlessly blends many different skills. I loved the sense of flow, moments of stillness, and all of the stretching. Her space is so pleasant and very accessible. Cassidy was very sweet and got me in last minute on a day I really needed some stress relief. She did an excellent job relaxing me and working on some knots. Also made me feel very comfortable considering I was coming to her all sweaty from roasting in a car that had broken down. 10/10 would recommend.
Cassidy is an amazing and intuitive massage therapist. I was relatively new to bodywork and she was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, taking time to help me understand how I can integrate self care into an ongoing practice. I have learned so much with each visit, not to mention leaving each time very relaxed and aware of my own body. Highly recommended!
I have never felt so relaxed in my entire life. Really. Cassidy has a kind and calming presence that matches her touch. The room is adorable with a cozy feel and soft white lights on the ceiling that adds a perfect touch. It was truly a whole body experience and I left feeling drunk with relaxation in the best way possible. I highly recommend Cassidy!
Cassidy's gentle presence created a space where I could fully relax and just let go. I have had massages over the last several years and this was the first time I felt at home on a massage table.
