I've been seeing Lynsey for years now, on a monthly or bi-weekly basis for regular sports massages to keep my body in check so that I can enjoy running as much as I do. Once again Lynsey got me out of a very tight spot today - quite literally - after a long run last weekend my glutes were really unhappy and I spent the whole week in pain.
