Rented one of the cars then totally SCAMMED us when they said the rented car was “damaged” even though nothing was wrong with and were racist. Totally scammed out of money and will never be doing this service ever again.
I just had our Tacoma serviced this week and had an excellent experience. Jeff Serwas, the service consultant, took the time to educate me on the two different service plans that are attached to the used vehicle we purchased. I was initially confused but Jeff and Stewart answered all my questions and made me feel confident in scheduling my future service appointments. Well done.
