Did a transfer in October 2022. End if January 2023 bank is inquiring where title is. Call tag service and was informed she miscalculated fee and it was rejected by commonwealth. Claims she left a voicemail on December 1. We live alone and NEVER got a voicemail. More than that her claim is 6 werks ago she left a message? Really? You don’t follow up on YOUR mistake? Now she wants $120 more to resubmit. This is insane. You are a professional this is your mistake and I do not have what I paid for.
