I love this companies services. The phone reps are very knowledgeable and helped walk me through the process step by step! all of my questions were answered and they were pleasant to speak with.

My shares of a stock got held at this company after an acquisition transaction. There is a restriction on the shares. I called their representative on how to lift the restrictions, who told me to contact their compliance department. I sent them 3 emails in 2 weeks and never got any response. I need to make a transaction (or at least be informed on what I can do) on this stock but couldn't get any information.
Without going into detail I want to express in the boldest of terms that I will not and do not recommend this company to anyone. I expressed my feelings to the powers to be in to which I own the stock that they made a mistake in switching to this company two yrs ago.. 1.28.25 Follow up. 1 star is generous. Avoid at all cost!! I've been on endless phone calls and send out emails to which I still till this day got no answer from them. I moved to my current house 8 years ago and till this day I keep getting mails for the previous tenant. How can they be trusted with stocks and businessess when they are so incompetent they cant change an address for 8 years!!
