When my uncle transferred from a closing nursing home that seemed luxurious and had his own room, he deteriorated in six months. It is not a place you would want to put anyone you care deeply for. Granted, they received the right necessities for the most part, but none of the personal touches of home. Unless you have plenty of money, you get a room with two twin beds, your own sink and tiny counter, and a shared bathroom with the adjacent room. Don’t ever take your loved ones there. They have the worst service ever. Food is nasty and eating utensils always dirty. Most employees are not professional at all. The financial lady is a total joke.
