This place is not retail and are not receiving new customers.. I should’ve just stayed with the reviews, owner does not even open the door she talks to you through her door. She looks like she hates her job. They don’t even address any of this online it’s terrible service, they ask you if you business professionals but to add on you can’t shop here still because you need to create an account to be able to shop here ! Continental Sales has been my go to wholesale balloon supplier. Not only do they have the best selection, they also have my favorite private selection. Lorinda, although clearly overwhelmed with the demands of a business, and lack of workers, has always treated me fairly and with a kind heart.
Beyond terrible customer service. Spoke to the owner who is obviously extremely bitter, and arrogantly condescending. “ARE YOU A BALLOON PROFESSIONAL?!?” Sad I live in Sacramento and called a Balloon distributing company in LA and got faster help within 10 seconds of being on the phone. Talking to this lady is like kicking a dead horse. Sounds like you love your business and love what you do. Congrats!
