Customer service is terrible. Hung up on me in the middle of a conversation. Appalled that people think they can treat others this way.
I am tired of receiving forms to be filled out - the information requested is readily available online. I feel like I am doing their job for them. Maybe hire people who want to put forth some effort? Not sure if that's the issue or not though. This is an amendment to my original post. A representative reached out and not only addressed my concern, but provided a fix I hadn't even considered, making my life my easier. Thank you very much Donna!
