I got a very good hourly rate quote. Their process is very organized and well communicated. After reservation is made, you will get an email/text to confirm the move 2 days before. On the actual day, you will receive a text when they drive the truck out of their warehouse and then updates 30min before reaching your place or if they have traffic. Furniture pickup was great at the store, on time and carefully wrapped as it was a 5 piece set that required disassembly. Home delivery was extremely good and the crew was extremely nice and thorough as well as courteous. I trust the company and recommend them. Their rate was very fair.
Tom was an absolute pleasure to work with! So helpful, timely and everything showed up in great shape. You can tell they care :)
