This brokerage SUCKS! I booked a load with them. My experience after booking a load, was that they did not answer the phone during business hours on a Friday. They said they monitored and answer phone calls on Saturday's to be able to issue EFS checks. After numerous phone calls, voice mail, and e-mail, to have an EFS check issued, there was no response... I had a small billing issue with my last service call. It was quickly corrected after speaking with Michelle in customer service.
Excelent company.!!!!!! I recommend this company, very good service, excellent communication, and very professional broker, I especially recommend Moises G. He is a good broker, he was always attentive to the cargo, and he was always in communication, and he helped us solve a small problem that occurred very quickly and professionally. I recommend this company 100% and especially Mr. Gomez, who is an excellent broker and a great human being.
