booked the load with them for $4000 Thursday pickup on Wednesday afternoon i saw same load on a post with same order number ( i have second truck there ) they told me, that this load is cancelled because they can not work with my company, but we moved 2 different loads with them and reposted the load for $3000....

This brokerage SUCKS! I booked a load with them. My experience after booking a load, was that they did not answer the phone during business hours on a Friday. They said they monitored and answer phone calls on Saturday's to be able to issue EFS checks. After numerous phone calls, voice mail, and e-mail, to have an EFS check issued, there was no response... Crickets! There is nobody monitoring the phones during and after hours, to include the weekend. Especially when they have drivers making deliveries. Oh yeah, they charge $... read more

I had a small billing issue with my last service call. It was quickly corrected after speaking with Michelle in customer service.
