They've dropped off every pallet without issue only to charge us a "$100 difficulty fee" each time, after the fact. I even asked my drop off guys about it they have no clue why'd that'd be happening and assured me they wouldn't be adding one -- only for me to receive it. It adds up! These people are thieves as far as I am concerned and I asked my vendor to launch an investigation into them.

Continental Express stands on business. They prefer you to have a clean driving record and everyone is either willing to help you or can point you in the direction if you need help. This is a quality company to work for just by the atmosphere of the company; everyone seems to be down to earth, authentic, and for the most part friendly and or happy to even work for Continental Express.
