The “manager” a heavy set white lady was rude and being biased towards me. I am a black woman and I’m sick of people treating me like I’m hostile or argumentative just because I’m asking questions about the fee’s. She was very rude and lacked decent customer service skills. She needs to be spoken too about this. The Hispanic lady was more professional.
How you gonna watch me sign the check infront of your face then say you cant accept signed checks?? Reality no stars if i could.
The older woman that sits at the first window to your left when u walk in is very rude, as I cashed my check as I usually do every month it’s only two women that work there for the past almost 5 years that I have been in Moreno Valley.
