Well yesterday 02-07-24 we faced discrimination against race and disability. Now I have been attending this place for years and ever since they hired a woman named Rosa it has always been an issue. However never to this extremity. A week ago I had the fortune of working with Kelly at one of the windows. She was assisting me in transferring some American dollars to a friend who was in Mexico. Not only was she extremely proficient at her job, she went above and beyond the call by even getting on the phone to the Western Union transfer agent in Hidalgo, Mexico, and speaking in Spanish with him to explain the situation. In my opinion, Kelly deserves a raise!
