Never had any problems
Called to get information on payday loan so I could be prepared. Got all info from rep who had me email personal information(bank statement, check stub) - called back to confirm everything was ok. Drove all the way to the place for them to tell me something completely different than what was explained over the phone. Complete waste of my time!
