RUDE & DISCRIMINATORY MANAGER. Very rarely do I leave reviews, but man this place left a bad taste in my mouth. I arrived with my husband to do a pick up with WU, personally I’ve never had great experiences at these places, so I had him handle most of the transaction. The worst payday loan place I've ever been to, will never go again the clerks are rude and unprofessional they have no tact or knowledge on customer service they are hurting this business they are bullies and intimidating I will never go back they don't get one star from me zero don't care about there customer's
This blk lady with bad lashes n skin was rude af no wonder why they got glass up she said I couldn’t cash the check because I signed it in line Walmart was better $4 flat fee much better service
Sad service. Place looks inviting until you encounter an employee. The dark lady was Rude, lazy and unprofessional! never again! Very judgmental, it’s not your business to know why we need the money, just DO YOUR JOB and help the customers!
