I really enjoyed my experience with the ladies in the office. They were all very polite and professional. The manager/loan agent was very informative and explained everything clearly. She was very efficient and it did not take a very long time to complete the loan application and transaction. I will definitely recommend this finance company to my friends and relatives for short term loans.
I would not recommend anyone get a loan from them very rude customer service they call me just to be rude worst customer service I ever deal whit
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! The “ Employees “ are incredibly rude both in person and over the phone. They will track your families phone number constantly call them about a loan that has nothing to do with them and rudely ask about the payment then hang up. They do not know how to provide a good customer service to their clients. Hasn’t even been 2 minutes since they’ve called me and have called multiple of my family members afterwards or before me doing the exact same thing. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!
