Been dealing with them for years fell on hard times both my grandparents died having to help pay for those expenses and then I get threatened to get taken to court the manager deb is very rude every encounter I have with her. I hate having to call and speak with her because I get greeted with nothing but rudeness and unprofessionalism. TOLD ME I WAS APPROVED AND THEN WHEN I CAME IN THE OFFICE I WAS DENIED TOTAL WASTE OF TIME !!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! GO TO TEXAS CREDIT UNION INSTEAD!!
