I was VERY disappointed with this limousine service. Hoping for a nice wine tour through Napa we ended up with a limo that didn't work. We were sweating like crazy because there was no air conditioning through the entire limo. Of course this was not told to us before the 9 of us climbed into it and had to avoid getting car sick. The electronics worked sporatically through the trip. We enjoyed music about 1/4 of the time. Windows didn't work and we of course couldn't roll the window down to talk to our driver to find out why ... read more
