Roll the dice we use them, along with 2 or three other services over 4x a week. Usually they show up, though almost never within the "5 minutes" they spout without thinking before hanging up on you as soon as they get your address. sometimes they don't show at all. Overall, we use them out of necessity only, as they are unreliable at best, unintelligent at worst. Fast and Reliable I have been using this car service for a long time. Most of the drivers are really nice and know how to get you where you want to go. The time from when you call til you get a car is amazing. Very quick service. The prices they charge are also competitive. I am very satisfied with the sarvice I have received. This is one the best that I have ever tried.

Not Reliable Do not use Continental if you actually want to get where you need to go. You never know if they are actually going to show up. They almost caused us to miss our holiday flight home after not showing and mis-leading us that they actually had a car on the way. Yet, they charge the sort of rates that a legit,reliable car service will for a cross-town or airport trip.

ok service Although they are local and very well known I have to say there dispatch service isnt the friendliest. The are ok on time, but they dont always answer the phone and are rude at times
