I recently had a bike fitting at this location and wanted to share my positive experience. The atmosphere was phenomenal, and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this store for any needs. I felt very welcome from the moment I arrived. Stefan was my fitter, and he was exceptionally professional and an expert in his field. He not only fitted the bike to my needs but also provided valuable advice for a better riding experience. Thank you very much for the best service you all provided.

Took my son’s bike in because the break wasn’t working and they fixed it up in 5 minutes, no charge! Nice bright easy to access store in convenient location 👍

Went in tonight, close to closing, to have my son’s tire fixed that he purposely decided to deflate because he wanted to be curious. The associate (I didn’t get his name) was super helpful and fixed everything right there and also adjusted the brakes. Great place to go if you need any bike repairs. Highly recommend!

Conte’s Bike Shop in N Raleigh is a pleasure to work with. Each visit they have thoroughly answered my questions and/or resolved my unique issue. Chris and his team are easy to talk with, listen well and help me be a better cyclist. I also love the positive impact they are making in our community through rides, education and support.
