My first bike fitting was 10/17/2024, Stef was great!! Lots of great information and great adjustments to my bike, I first group ride was 10/19/2024 and it was a very comfortable ride! I highly recommend getting a bike fitting with Stef.
Went in for a bike fit with Stephan to get everything dialed back in after a health issue that kept me off the bike for three months. The fit is not cheap, but 100% worth the investment if cycling is an important part of your life. Everything is measured, from head to toe, and the Retuel system evaluates your biomechanics on the bike and generates a report in real time so that adjustments can be made, re-measurements taken, and so forth until everything is right.
