5-star Service from my mechanic, Ben. He performed a routine rear hub cup + cone bearing regrease, rear wheel true, brake pad install, and chain install. Shop is neat and well-organized. Ben explained things very clearly. Another precision tune-up a year later and similarly great service. Replaced my shift cable + trued wheels + rear wheel bearing regrease and tightening. Bike came out fresh.
Friendly, knowledgeable folks, good prices, and an easy to reach location. I have been going to these folks for several years, and they are consistently excellent. I've bought a couple bikes from them over the period for commuting and enjoyment, and they have maintained them very well for me.
Super helpful and welcoming group. Had my tire replaced in no time!
